Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • 5 years of experience in pre-sales or customer support roles.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with hardware and/or software product evaluations.
  • Basic understanding of electronics and electrical systems.
  • Knowledge of cloud-connected hardware and business systems integration.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Experience in task automation scripting and data transfer.
  • Understanding of vehicle diagnostic systems is a plus.
  • Consistent track record in selling complex technical solutions.
