Overview

The Onboarding Specialist at Samsara plays a crucial role in assisting new customers with the implementation of the Connected Operations™ Cloud platform, ensuring effective onboarding and integration.

In Short

  • Assist new customers with implementation strategies.
  • Coordinate between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Set up initial configurations and oversee deployments.
  • Identify new leads and collaborate with Account Executives.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Product teams.
  • Conduct onboarding kickoffs and consultations.
  • Deeply understand and explain the Samsara platform’s capabilities.
  • Serve as a mentor to Customer Success and Support teams.
  • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles.
  • Contribute to customer engagements and project timelines.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in Customer Success or account management.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • Strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills.
  • Experience with technical products.
  • Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • High emotional intelligence and diplomacy.
  • Enterprise SaaS experience preferred.
  • Experience with large-scale business solutions is a plus.
