• Oversee customer installation projects and manage installations at scale.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Samsara, customers, and installation partners.
• Track installation progress and ensure adherence to project plans.
• Provide onsite oversight for complex deployments.

• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the installation experience.
• Monitor customer satisfaction related to installations.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years experience in project management or installation oversight.
• Prior vehicle installation experience preferred.
• Understanding of vehicle diagnostic systems.
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer travel expected up to 50-70%.
