The Global Operations Rotational Program (ORP) is an 18-month leadership development experience that provides the foundation for a successful end-to-end operational supply chain career.

Requirements

• Pursuing an MBA with an emphasis in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations, or supply chain.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• High proficiency with G-Suite products.
• Strong analytical, research, and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and big picture thinking.
• Proactive problem-solving approach.
• Strong commitment to a career in operations or supply chain.
• Exceptional team player mentality.
