  • Experience in creating and implementing SOPs and metrics.
  • Ability to handle escalations and work cross-functionally.
  • BS in Engineering or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM platforms like Zendesk or Salesforce.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
