Overview

You enjoy technology and direct contact with customers? You want to work in a structured service environment and develop professionally? Then support our team as a Field Service Technician in the greater Hannover area.

In Short

  • Installation, maintenance, and servicing of IT and POS systems as well as E-Health solutions on-site in pharmacies, medical practices, and retail.
  • Conducting service operations according to predefined processes and checklists.
  • Documentation of work via digital checklists on a provided tablet.
  • Support in troubleshooting and problem-solving on-site and via remote support.
  • Integration of hardware and software components into existing IT environments as per guidelines.

Requirements

  • Completed technical training or comparable qualification – career changers with a strong technical affinity and willingness to learn are welcome.
  • Initial practical experience in the technical support of POS systems, medical IT systems, or similar devices is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, hardware, and networking technology.
  • Customer-oriented, self-reliant, and willing to travel within the regional area (about 150 km radius around your residence).
  • Driving license class B.
  • Very good German language skills in spoken and written (at least C1 level).
  • Friendly demeanor and ability to work in a team.
