In Short

  • You take international customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat and find a suitable solution for each concern.
  • You quickly recognize customer needs and provide professional advice on our services and processes.
  • You document all processes systematically in our ticket and CRM systems.
  • You proactively keep track of open concerns, coordinate follow-up questions, and ensure timely resolution.
  • You work closely with your team and other departments to provide our customers with an excellent service experience.
  • You actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes by providing feedback and identifying improvement potentials.

Requirements

  • You know what good service means and enjoy working with people.
  • Ideally, you have some experience in customer service.
  • You confidently manage multiple support projects and maintain an overview even with changing tasks.
  • You are a team player and embody our open corporate culture.
  • Self-responsible working style with high customer and solution orientation.
  • You have a high degree of flexibility and the willingness to work within international service hours.
  • You communicate confidently in German and English (C-level). Knowledge of French and Italian is a plus. Do you speak another language? Even better – we look forward to every additional language talent in our team.
