Customer Support Representative I - Remote

Overview

We’re searching for a Customer Support Representative to add to our incredible team here at Loopy. We're looking for someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience, and has a positive attitude.

In Short

• Handle email-based customer support tickets, as well as returns and exchanges
• Maintain department minimum pace requirements
• Maintain and up to date knowledge of our products and policies
• Clock in and out of your shift on time, both when working remotely or on-site
• Be available and easy to contact while working remote shifts
• Make upper management aware of repeated or potential issues

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Superb written communication and grammar skills
• Proficient computer typing skills and familiar with basic programs such as Gmail, Excel, Word, PDFs, and Windows/Mac interfaces
• 1 year of Customer Support, or related experience (preferred)
• Self-motivated and able to problem-solve
• Must be available to work 32-40 hours per week
• Must be available to work most weekends
