As a Recruiting Associate at Sama, you will play a pivotal role in growing our Coaching Community and ensuring we attract the best Executive Coaches globally.

In Short

• Coordinate the recruiting efforts at Sama.
• Sourcing qualified candidates for various roles.
• Scheduling interviews and conducting background checks.
• Ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
• Interest in organizing events is a plus.
• Knowledge of the executive coaching industry is helpful.
• Work closely with the Coaching Team and other business areas.
• Be part of a mission-driven team focused on employee engagement.
• Contribute to fostering positive change on a global scale.
• Report directly to the CoFounder & Head Coach.
