In Short

• Own full-cycle recruitment for digital marketing talent.
• Act as recruitment ambassador in the Portuguese market.
• Collaborate with People Operations Manager and hiring managers.
• Leverage personal network to source candidates.
• Utilize diverse sourcing channels to find talent.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates.
• Manage and maintain ATS for tracking and reporting.
• Support onboarding of new hires.
• Assist in achieving diversity goals.
• Provide insights on recruiting strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in digital marketing.
• Expertise in hiring performance marketers and PPC specialists.
• Experience recruiting in Portuguese and/or Spanish markets.
• Extensive personal network in the Portuguese market.
• Familiarity with marketing agency environments.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms.
