• Manage and maintain the ATS for accurate tracking of open roles.

• Contribute insights on recruiting strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in digital marketing.
• Expertise in hiring performance marketers and PPC specialists.
• Experience recruiting in the Portuguese and/or Spanish markets.
• Strong personal network in the Portuguese job market.
• Familiarity with marketing agency environments.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms.
