Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Remote Full-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Salud Family Health supporting our clinic in Sterling, CO. This position will work approximately 70% Telehealth and 30% Inbox (administrative work - management), with no direct in-person patient contact.

Requirements

• Completion of a certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
• Possess a valid license in good standing in Colorado
• Experience with Telehealth platforms
• Good physical health and emotional stability
• Ability to work well with other patient care team members
• Highly motivated, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented
• High proficiency with electronic health record systems
• Ability to speak Spanish preferred
• Sensitivity to low-income and ethnic minority communities
• Ability to interpret medical information to patients and families
