In Short

  • Join a leading company scaling core commerce infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with field organization on enablement initiatives.

  • Oversee daily operations and develop enablement programs.
  • Travel 2-4 times a year for program execution.
  • Design and manage LMS content.
  • Plan and facilitate major events like Sales Kickoffs.
  • Identify and address gaps in tools and knowledge.
  • 3-5 years of experience in revenue enablement.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong organizational skills.

Requirements

  • Experience in revenue enablement or related field.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in sales enablement tools like Salesforce.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience applying adult learning methodologies.
  • High ownership and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated project management experience.
  • A positive, can-do attitude.
  • Self-starter with strong prioritization skills.
  • Experience in a quota-carrying sales role is a bonus.
