As a CRM Sales Enablement Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of revolutionizing our customers' sales performance, guiding them in the adoption of top-tier sales processes, technology, and enablement strategies.

In Short

  • Assess and optimize client sales and service processes across various industries.
  • Design and implement scalable sales and go-to-market strategies.
  • Deliver best-in-class consultancy on sales, revenue, and service operations.
  • Stay updated on sales/service methodologies to provide recommendations.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training plans for process and technology adoption.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for fellow consultants.
  • Exceptional client-facing skills with the ability to build relationships.
  • Deep knowledge of sales technology, automation tools, and CRM integrations.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and clients.

Requirements

  • Mid to Senior years of work experience in sales consulting or B2B sales strategy.
  • Certified instructor in sales methodologies is preferable.
  • Proven expertise in sales process design and CRM requirements gathering.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent CRM platforms.
