The Director of Software Engineering (AI/ML) will lead a team focused on enhancing developer productivity through innovative AI solutions, driving the vision of transforming software development processes.

Requirements

14+ years of software development experience, with 5+ years in a management role.
3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
Proficient in programming languages: Python, Java, Typescript, or Golang.
Knowledge of NLP techniques and code generation.
Experience with large-scale AI/ML projects.
Strong analytical skills in statistical modeling and machine learning.
Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in cloud-native services (AWS or GCP).
