Overview

The Senior Analyst will be a key member of the GSRM team, reviewing Professional Services deals for accuracy, risk evaluation, and strategic business considerations to ensure quality and alignment with business goals.

In Short

  • Review and evaluate professional services deals across commercial risk areas.
  • Advise sales teams on policies, processes, and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams for deal evaluations.
  • Manage multiple deal review assignments with timely delivery.
  • Develop competitive pricing models for cloud solutions.
  • Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking.
  • Establish contract management policies and governance procedures.
  • Possess excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Communicate effectively within a large organization.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and mutual respect.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in professional services and project management.
  • 2+ years in structuring and supporting professional services deals.
  • Strong understanding of professional services in tech.
  • High level of ethics and professionalism.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
  • Excellent soft skills for relationship building.
  • Experience with Salesforce products is a plus.
  • Certification in PMP/RMP/ACP is desirable.
  • Industry experience in CRM or related fields is advantageous.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced and shifting environments.
