Senior Full Stack Developer - Remote

Overview

This role is part of the KingWebmaster team, one of our growing brands at saas.group. We’re seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team and play a crucial role in modernizing our e-commerce platform. This is a unique opportunity to lead the technical evolution of our product, focusing on reducing tech debt, implementing modern technologies, and setting the foundation for scalable growth.

In Short

• Create an actionable plan and begin implementing solutions to reduce tech debt.
• Develop and begin executing a roadmap for upgrading our PHP and MySQL versions.
• Establish a more structured software development lifecycle.
• Lead the gradual transition of our codebase to a more modular architecture.
• Implement best practices for code quality and documentation.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve bugs and develop new features.
• Work closely with the saas.group DevOps to improve our CI/CD pipeline.
• Provide technical guidance and potentially mentor junior developers.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong PHP skills and familiarity with modern frameworks.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies, particularly React and JavaScript.
• Readiness to lead the modernizing of a legacy codebase.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Customer-centric approach.
• Experience with Shopify and BigCommerce is a strong advantage.
