• Oversee the design and implementation of a greenfield near real-time data platform.
• Build micro-batching pipelines using Kafka for operational reports.
• Transition to a scalable Apache Flink architecture for sub-second analytics.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and data experts.
• Ensure data accuracy and optimize for low-latency delivery.
• Drive innovation in data usage to support mental health care.
• Implement scalable data validation and governance practices.
• Work cross-functionally to define operational reporting requirements.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Data Pipeline Development with Kafka, Glue, dbt, Dagster, and Airflow.
• 8+ years in Cloud Infrastructure & Data Warehousing, 4+ years in AWS.
• 8+ years in Data Quality & Governance.
• 3+ years in Performance Optimization.
• 3+ years in Security & Compliance.
• 5+ years in Collaboration & Communication.
