Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of professional engineering experience.
• 6+ years as an individual contributor and 2+ years in management.
• Experience managing a team with 7+ direct reports.
• Proven track record of managing projects with fixed deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of modern engineering principles.
