In Short

• Lead the development of a new D2C product in the LegalTech/Utilities space.
• Responsible for hands-on development and architectural decisions.
• Guide and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
• Collaborate with the Product team for scalable architectures.
• Maintain high code quality and application performance.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience with Next.js for full-stack development.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and ReactJS.
• Experience leading teams in a continuous deployment environment.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Cloudflare).
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and Redis.
• Experience with A/B testing frameworks.
• Clear communication skills and proactive mindset.
• Ability to mentor and elevate team performance.
