Head of Product & Growth - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Head of Product & Growth who will own every aspect of our subscription product’s ARPU, ensuring the team delivers valuable features and drives product innovation at speed.

In Short

• Drive ARPU growth by at least 15% quarter-over-quarter.
• Shape the long-term vision and strategy of the product.
• Define, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional teams for efficient feature implementation.
• Oversee the launch process for new features.
• Establish and improve product development processes.
• Make data-driven decisions on resource allocation.
• Ensure alignment between product decisions and business goals.
• Foster a performance-driven team culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• Success in improving ARPU and/or ARPPU metrics.
• Understanding of retention metrics and churn reduction strategies.
• Strong grasp of UI/UX principles.
• Highly analytical with a track record of user behavior analysis.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
