The Senior Global Partner Program Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing the partner experience at Rubrik by developing onboarding processes, optimizing partner engagement, and leading initiatives to support the company's growth objectives.

Requirements

• 4+ years in channel/sales programs development and execution.
• Experience in the Cybersecurity sector.
• Cross-functional experience with sales and marketing.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Marketing.
