Overview

As a Senior DevSecOps Engineer at RSM, you will lead the growth of our cloud security practice, driving cloud-native transformations and optimizing application delivery for clients across various industries.

In Short

Lead cloud security practice and client engagements.
Design and implement scalable DevOps pipelines.
Drive automation and CI/CD enablement.
Work with cross-functional teams on digital transformation.
Deliver engineering solutions across multiple cloud platforms.
Mentor clients through cloud adoption.
Manage squads of consultants and cloud engineers.
Develop internal solution summaries and toolkits.
Support the identification of new opportunities.
Foster strong client relationships.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or graduate degree.
4+ years of experience in cloud technologies.
Proficient in AWS, Azure, GCP.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD.
Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar.
Knowledge of DevSecOps best practices.
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams.
Willingness to travel.
Experience in agile product management.
Curiosity about business and technology.
