Overview

The Infrastructure department is responsible for influencing and tracking change, providing frontline support, and delivering software-defined solutions.

In Short

• Identify, track, and mitigate vulnerabilities affecting infrastructure.
• Ensure security best practices for servers, networks, and storage systems.
• Develop and maintain a structured approach to patch management.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors for compliance.
• Implement and enforce security configurations for Linux systems.
• Conduct security assessments and ethical hacking.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Linux systems and security configurations.
• Proficiency in network protocols and firewalls.
• Experience with nftables and iptables.
• Practical knowledge of Docker and container security practices.
• Experience with SIEM tools for threat detection.
• Ability to write automation scripts in Python.
• Experience in identifying vulnerabilities and ethical hacking.
• Hands-on experience with CVE management.
• Understanding of security compliance frameworks.
• Experience with Ansible or SaltStack for automation.
