• Seeking a Legal Document Specialist for 1st Shift.
• Support time-sensitive project requests.

• Shift: Wednesday - Sunday; 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
• Pay: $19.19 plus $1 shift differential.
• Requires 4-6 weeks onsite for New Hire Training.
• Handle sensitive and confidential documents.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum typing speed of 60 wpm with 95% accuracy.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs required.
• Experience in legal word processing tasks is a plus.
• Ability to work through complex legal document markups.
• Flexibility to work overtime as required.
• Professional interaction with clients and team members.
• Transcription experience is a plus.
