Legal Document Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are hiring for our Downtown Phoenix team on all shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, seeking a Word Processing professional to support time-sensitive project requests.

In Short

• Work with a team across multiple shifts and locations.
• Create, edit, and format legal documents.
• Convert and clean documents to/from different formats.
• Create charts, graphs, tables, and spreadsheets.
• Perform data entry and transcribe dictation files.
• Restore/recover corrupted document files.
• Provide help desk support for application queries.
• Handle sensitive and confidential documents.
• Complete all assigned jobs by deadlines.
• Follow established policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work overtime as required.
• Ability to prioritize various requests and deadlines.
• Minimum typing speed of 60 wpm with 95% accuracy.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3+ years experience in legal document production.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office required.
• Experience in legal word processing tasks.
• Transcription experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of legal terminology preferred.
