Legal Document Specialist - 1st Shift (Hybrid) - Remote

Overview

As a Legal Document Specialist at RRD, you will support time-sensitive project requests by creating and formatting legal documents while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

In Short

• Create, edit and format legal documents
• Convert and clean documents to/from different file formats
• Create charts, graphs, tables, and spreadsheets
• Transcribe dictation files
• Handle sensitive documents
• Provide telephone help desk support
• Complete jobs accurately and timely
• Follow established policies and procedures
• Work in a hybrid schedule: 3 days in office, 2 remote
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years experience preferred
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs required
• Typing speed of 60 wpm with 95% accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize requests and deadlines
• Knowledge of legal terminology preferred
• Flexibility to work overtime as required
• Experience in legal word processing tasks
• Transcription experience is a plus
