Business Resilience Manager - Remote

Overview

The Business Resilience Manager will lead and develop a team responsible for developing, implementing, documenting, and managing disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in the event of a disaster.

• Act as a key member of the incident response team.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of resilience processes.
• Provide training and support to staff on recovery procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise resilience and disaster recovery.
• Knowledge of operational resilience standards such as ISO 22301.
• Experience in developing operational resilience strategies.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and applications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CBCP, DRII) are a plus.
• Experience in program/project management.
• Strong communication skills.
