Accounts Payable Associate - Remote

Overview

The Accounts Payable Associate will be responsible for processing vendor invoices and providing exceptional customer service to our global legal client.

In Short

• Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
• Pay: $22.00/hour
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
• Responsibilities include vendor invoice processing and problem resolution
• Requires strong critical thinking and advanced Microsoft Excel skills

• 5 to 7 years of financial experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of accounts payable operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Experience with Aderant and/or Chrome River preferred
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Solid professional judgment and organizational skills
