Accounts Payable Associate - Remote

Overview

The Accounts Payable Associate position involves verifying expense advances, making daily payments, auditing supply requisitions, and coding invoices, while also resolving issues related to vendor payments.

In Short

• Verify expense advances and make routine payments.
• Audit supply requisitions and code invoices.
• Identify and research causes for payment holds and delays.
• Act as a liaison between departments and vendors.
• Ensure accuracy of vendor records.
• Sort, file, and match invoices for processing.
• Examine, analyze, and correct accounting transactions.
• Work Monday to Friday, 7 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
• Hybrid work modality: 2 months in office, 2 months remote.
• Permanent employee position.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
• Experience in accounting or finance preferred but not required.
• English proficiency of at least 60%.
