Overview

The UPS Store Project Coordinator plays a critical role in managing the end-to-end coordination of franchisee integration and store build-out within the Design & Construction department.

In Short

  • Manage franchisee integration lifecycle from design to construction and build-out.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment with brand standards.
  • Oversee readiness checklist items for pre-opening.
  • Track franchisee onboarding schedules and deliverables.
  • Maintain comprehensive project trackers and documentation.
  • Act as the central point of contact for internal teams and franchisees.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues.
  • Ensure operational readiness before center opening.
  • Support grand opening planning and execution.
  • Facilitate communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or construction coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail in maintaining project records.
  • Ability to interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Basic knowledge of budgeting and cost tracking.
  • Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
