In Short

• Manage payables and receivables for the business.
• Ensure timely invoicing and payment processes.
• Reduce outstanding debt and manage cash flow.
• Raise and process sales invoices and receipts.
• Chase overdue invoices and negotiate payment terms.
• Validate and process invoices for payment.
• Prepare reports on aging debt and cash flow forecasts.
• Support external audits and ensure compliance.
• Build relationships with clients and vendors.
• Collaborate with the finance team on various tasks.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable and payable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Xero ideally).
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
