Account Specialist (Client Services - Retail Focus) - Remote

Overview

This position focuses on the Retail sector of our business, providing support to clients throughout the manufacturing process.

In Short

• Engage with customers to gather job requirements.
• Translate customer requirements into manufacturing instructions.
• Provide quality review for production accuracy.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the production process.
• Coordinate production with internal and external vendors.
• Monitor job progress and ensure final product meets standards.
• Assist sales in the RFP process and provide estimates.
• May mentor junior staff or work on special projects.
• May require weekend and holiday work.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• HS diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent knowledge of functional areas related to the job.
• Advanced technology skills including MS Office.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
