Overview

The Project Manager at RQM+ is responsible for the successful planning, implementation, and execution of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining excellent client relationships.

• Manage regional and global clinical studies from start-up to close-out.
• Ensure adequate resourcing and performance of the study team.
• Lead and motivate project teams towards high performance.
• Maintain positive client relationships as the primary contact.
• Ensure compliance with operational processes and project timelines.
• Identify and evaluate project risks and implement solutions.
• Manage study budgets and vendor deliverables.
• Develop project management documentation and reports.
• Assist in developing internal processes and training requirements.
• Support contract execution and negotiation with clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field.
• Previous Project Management experience is required.
• Minimum of 2 years direct clinical trial experience preferred.
• Experience in medical device or CRO industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in complex trials.
• Knowledge of clinical research processes and GCP guidelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Up to 20% travel may be required.
• Problem-solving and financial negotiation skills are necessary.
