Seamless product adoption has a significant impact on the value we provide, which often means developing custom services and integrations to connect Rossum with various customer systems.

Requirements

• Experience as an ex-programmer.
• Ability to contextualize technical decisions.
• Strong communication skills for design clarity.
• Skill in identifying customer pain points.
• Knowledge of good security practices.
• Effective stakeholder communication.
• UX sensitivity in design decisions.
• Familiarity with the end-to-end development process.
• Honesty and transparency in opinions.
• Experience with JIRA is a plus.
