Fractional VP of Finance (6-Month Interim) - Remote

Overview

Rossum is seeking a seasoned Finance Executive to lead our financial operations for a six-month interim period during parental leave. The primary objective of this role is to ensure stability, maintain high-integrity reporting and performance discipline, and provide strategic financial oversight during a period of scaling. This is an operational leadership role requiring a high degree of technical competence in B2B SaaS metrics and financial stewardship.

In Short

• Serve as the primary financial advisor to the CEO and COO.
• Direct oversight of all finance functions, including AP/AR, payroll, and tax.
• Lead the forecasting process and monitor departmental spend.
• Deliver timely and accurate financial analyses and management reporting.
• Manage relationships with financial institutions and government agencies.

Requirements

• Proven track record at the VP of Finance or (Senior) Finance Director level.
• Deep understanding of SaaS-specific financial modeling and KPIs.
• Experience with ERP/finance systems such as NetSuite and Salesforce.
• Ability to communicate complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
• Available for a full-time interim commitment (4-5 days/week).
