Overview

Roo is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Expired Shift Specialist to manage and resolve expired shift situations on our veterinary staffing platform, ensuring strong engagement with hospitals and veterinarians.

In Short

  • Monitor and manage expiring shifts, reaching out to hospitals for status updates.
  • Engage veterinarians to assess preferences and identify comparable shift opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to foster veterinarian retention and platform engagement.
  • Employ retention strategies to re-engage veterinarians and strengthen relationships.
  • Maintain records of communications in Zendesk and HubSpot.
  • Utilize data analysis tools to identify trends and enhance matching efficiency.
  • Recommend process improvements to reduce shift expirations.
  • Proactive client outreach and problem-solving.
  • Work in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
  • Prior experience in the veterinary industry is desirable.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in client/customer support.
  • Experience in customer retention strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Zendesk and HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with data analytics platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of veterinary staffing requirements is a plus.
