Overview

Roo is seeking a highly motivated Marketplace Growth Analyst to play a key role in building, optimizing, and analyzing the internal infrastructure for generating revenue within our GTM plan.

In Short

• Partner with Marketplace leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Assist in the development and optimization of sales territories.
• Analyze market data and sales performance metrics.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
• Support the design and administration of sales compensation plans.
• Construct reports to monitor commissions and budget progress.
• Analyze revenue and CRM data for growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain revenue reports and metrics.
• Assist in revenue forecasting and budgeting.
• Conduct regular audits for data accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in revenue operations or financial analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition principles.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Certification in revenue operations is a plus.
