In Short

  • Lead new customers through a smooth onboarding process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with Sales.
  • Develop and execute success plans aligned with customers' objectives.
  • Drive product adoption and educate customers on features.
  • Act as the customer’s advocate within Rollstack.
  • Gather customer feedback to inform product enhancements.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and provide regular reports.
  • Develop customer advocates for testimonials and referrals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with enterprise clients.
  • Deep passion for customer success and exceptional experiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to align customers' objectives with Rollstack's solutions.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with various teams.
  • Knowledge of SQL.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence or data analytics tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related field.
