Overview

The HR Director provides leadership in the development and implementation of strategic and operational human resource programs across the Integrated Supply Chain, ensuring alignment with both short-term and long-term goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 12 years management experience.
• HR generalist background with expertise in various HR functions.
• Experience in a complex, global organization.
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) skills preferred.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
