This project engineering role supports pick and place operations within printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) across global Rockwell Automation facilities, focusing on enhancing profitability, quality, and reliability through process leadership and technology deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to travel 10% of the time.
• 8+ years of experience in pick and place operations (preferred).
• Expertise in installing and optimizing pick and place equipment.
• Ability to lead process improvements.
• Experience in cross-functional teams.
