Overview

As an OT Cybersecurity Data Engineer, you will manage the design, implementation, and testing of our Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) system, focusing on integrating and analyzing data from critical OT/ICS environments.

• Develop SIEM and SOAR solutions for OT environments.
• Integrate multiple OT data sources into the SIEM platform.
• Maintain custom parsers and correlation rules for OT logs.
• Collaborate with OT operations and engineering teams.
• Configure and improve SIEM platform performance and stability.
• Maintain OT-focused dashboards and reports within the SIEM.
• Tune SIEM rules to minimize false positives.
• Document OT SIEM architecture and operational procedures.
• Stay updated on OT cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities.
• Provide training on the use of the OT SIEM.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years experience with SIEM platforms.
• Understanding of OT protocols and industrial control systems.
• 2+ years of experience in log parsing and normalization.
• Knowledge of security frameworks relevant to OT.
• Experience with scripting languages for SIEM automation.
• Relevant certifications such as GICSP or CISSP.
• Familiarity with threat intelligence platforms.
