Product Operations Engineer - Remote

Overview

Coder is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Operations Engineer to focus on owning data and reporting infrastructure for our Product & Engineering organizations. You will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering leaders and stakeholders to optimize internal operations and empower them with reliable data insights.

In Short

• Design, build, and maintain data integrations between various internal systems.
• Engineer and script custom reports across disparate systems.
• Partner with leadership to understand data requirements and deliver impactful dashboards.
• Develop and manage internal data infrastructure and tools.
• Execute ad hoc telemetry and reporting requests from stakeholders.
• Create and maintain documentation for data integrations and best practices.
• Automate Slack alerts for new Coder deployments.
• Analyze telemetry data to aid business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data operations or similar role.
• Strong understanding of data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Proven ability to design and maintain data integrations.
• Strong scripting skills in SQL and Python.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
