In Short

• Design and develop scalable automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Write, test, and deploy production-quality code to optimize workflows.
• Build and refine incident response processes.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to solve technical challenges.
• Leverage analytics to identify bottlenecks and monitor system health.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or product support.
• Strong coding skills in Go, Java, Python or similar languages.
• Experience in incident management and operational troubleshooting.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, QA processes, and system reliability best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
