Overview

The foundation is seeking a DeFi Growth Manager to lead the growth and adoption of DeFi protocols on Unichain, focusing on unlocking high-impact opportunities across the Superchain.

Requirements

• 4+ years in DeFi, crypto partnerships, or product growth.
• Deep understanding of DeFi protocols and onchain liquidity.
• Strong knowledge of Uniswap v4 and Superchain interop.
• Experience with liquidity mining or incentive programs.
• Strong communication skills across product, technical, and partner contexts.
• Entrepreneurial energy and ability to build and scale.
• Strategic mindset with operational execution skills.
