Requirements

• 6+ years of backend engineering experience (with production-grade systems).
• Strong expertise in Python and Django.
• Experience building applications that leverage GenAI APIs (e.g. OpenRouter, OpenAI, etc.).
• Uses Cursor/Claude by default and has built strong workflows to balance quality with productivity.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across time zones.
• Experience working independently in a remote-first environment.
