Contract Recruiter for Clinical and Pharmacy Teams - Remote

Overview

Ro is a direct-to-patient healthcare company with a mission of helping patients achieve their health goals by delivering the easiest, most effective care possible. We are seeking Contract Recruiters to join our dynamic Talent team for a 6-month contract supporting hiring across our Clinical, Care Delivery, and/or Pharmacy teams.

In Short

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Clinical, Care Delivery, and/or Pharmacy roles.
• Proactively source and engage a diverse pool of candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements.
• Ensure timely completion of interview feedback.
• Maintain strong communication with candidates.
• Extend offers and manage negotiations.
• Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a full-cycle corporate recruiter.
• Experience recruiting for Clinical and Pharmacy roles.
• Strong sourcing skills with a focus on diversity.
• Familiarity with modern recruitment tools and platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a sense of urgency.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of hiring best practices and labor laws.
