Operations Associate, Negotiations - Remote

Overview

Rocket Money is seeking a curious and passionate Operations Associate to support and optimize its growing portfolio of products and marketing initiatives, ultimately improving the financial prosperity of millions of people.

In Short

• Interact with users via Intercom & Email to answer questions regarding Negotiations and Revenue based services.
• Work with the negotiations team to improve workflows and processes.
• Coach away teams to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Respond to chargebacks/disputes of payments made to Rocket Money.
• Maintain and update documentation in Notion or Slack.
• Disseminate new processes to away teams.
• Oversee specific queues and provide feedback to team leaders.
• Review analytics to construct plans for efficiency and development.
• Partner with the support team to craft new ideas for user support.

Requirements

• Interest in personal finance and helping others succeed.
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Efficient workflow management skills.
• Willingness to take initiative and learn.
• Customer service experience in a B2C tech company is a plus.
