Overview

The Team Leader, Bill Negotiations Operations works to lead business initiatives to improve customer experience and bill negotiation operations while providing coaching and mentoring to team members.

In Short

• Lead business initiatives to enhance customer experience.

• Utilize online chat for customer support.

• Responsible for team performance management.
• Create and update training documentation.

• Schedule: M-F in Eastern Time Zone.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a relevant role.
• Experience in a B2C technology company preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with design processes for technology products preferred.
