Rocket Lawyer is seeking a quality advocate who is passionate about delivering delightful and reliable customer experiences powered by AI/LLM, as the company expands its platform to integrate AI with legal services.

In Short

• Participate in requirements analysis and design reviews.
• Lead test planning to improve testability and performance.
• Design test scripts and user journeys for developers.
• Create tools for developers to test their own code.
• Review code for test coverage improvements.
• Coordinate exploratory testing and bug bashes.
• Establish production monitoring for products.
• Support quality assessment with documented results.
• Facilitate successful releases through stakeholder communication.
• Investigate production issues and root cause analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a test engineer in an agile environment.
• 1+ years of programming experience preferred.
• Experience in testing AI/ML products is a bonus.
• Understanding of web and RESTful applications.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with test tools like Selenium and Cucumber.
• Experience with API testing tools like Postman.
• Hands-on experience with CI tools and bug tracking tools.
